Design-partner feedback loop operations

Problem

Design partners and internal teams will surface issues with deployment, billing integration, and data connectivity, but there is no structured process to capture, triage, and resolve this feedback quickly. Without an operationalized feedback loop — intake channel, severity classification, fix SLAs, and decision logs — critical issues from early adopters get lost in Slack threads, fixes are ad-hoc, and the same problems recur because decisions aren't recorded.
