Prototype implementation path

Problem

Dataface has no proven path from code to running on Fivetran infrastructure. Without an end-to-end prototype covering GCP Cloud Run deployment, database connectivity, and basic Fivetran platform integration, every downstream milestone is speculative. The team needs a concrete, runnable deployment that demonstrates the full stack works together before committing to production hardening.
