Prototype implementation path

Problem

There is no working end-to-end path that demonstrates a connector dashboard pack going from YAML definition through query execution to rendered output for a specific Fivetran source. Without this, the team cannot validate whether the pack authoring model (connector-specific KPIs, pre-built dashboards, schema-aware queries) actually works against the Dataface pipeline. Every design discussion about pack structure, narrative quality, and publishing workflow remains theoretical until a concrete prototype proves the flow compiles, executes, and renders.
