Launch docs and external readiness

Problem

External users have no documentation explaining how to use, customize, or contribute to Dataface dashboard templates. The quickstart examples exist internally but are not published in a form that a new user can discover, understand, and execute independently. Without external-facing docs and runnable examples, public launch will drive users to the product with no way to get started, turning initial interest into frustration.
