Problem

The prototype validated the core pipeline, but known gaps and risks in the template publication workflow were undocumented. Without a clear inventory of what was missing — broken edge cases, unsupported chart types, manual steps that should be automated — the team risked carrying hidden debt into the next milestone and making planning decisions without understanding the true state of readiness.
