Prototype implementation path

Problem

There was no proven end-to-end path for producing dashboard templates — from YAML authoring through query execution to rendered output. Without a working prototype, the team could not validate whether the template production pipeline was viable or identify integration gaps between compile, execute, and render stages. This blocked all downstream work on quickstart and example dashboard production.
