Prototype implementation path

Problem

The context catalog architecture existed only as a design — there was no runnable end-to-end path proving that profiling layers, metadata enrichment, and context formatting could work together as an integrated pipeline. Without a working prototype, it was impossible to validate whether the layered profiling model would actually produce useful AI_CONTEXT output or identify integration issues between the compile, inspect, and render stages.
