v1.0 stability and defect burn-down

Problem

After public launch, the Cloud Suite will accumulate defects in workspace management and onboarding flows from real-world usage patterns that internal testing did not cover. Without a structured stability program — recurring defect triage, burn-down tracking, and reliability trend monitoring — bugs will pile up, user-facing reliability will degrade over time, and the team will have no systematic way to detect whether the product is getting more or less stable with each release.
