Prototype implementation path

Problem

The Cloud Suite had no runnable end-to-end path for workspace creation and user onboarding. Without a working prototype, it was impossible to validate whether the account/project/workspace model was viable or to demonstrate the hosted experience to stakeholders. This blocked all downstream work — validation, pilot planning, and internal adoption — because there was nothing concrete to evaluate.
